This strategic communications plan includes strategic goals, strategic communication objectives, agency roles and responsibilities, a discussion of the strategic communication process, and recommended audiences, themes and messages for a national-level strategic communication plan to combat the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. It also includes a representative year-long projection of national security-related events which provide informational and influencing opportunities, and special sections on Iran, North Korea, and India.
