MANDATORY COURSES FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS

DAF NEW SUPERVISOR COURSE (NSC) MAFHRMS425

DAF EXPERIENCED SUPERVISOR COURSE (ESC) MAFHRMS420

DAF NEW MANAGER COURSE (NMC) MAFHRMS423

This is a federally mandated requirement for all Civilian Managers to complete within one year of filling a position coded as a Manager (Supervisory Responsibility Level Code 3). This course is federally mandated for all Civilian Managers and is to be completed every three (3) years after the completion of New Manager Course (MAFHRMS423) for as long as the individual remains in a position designated with a managerial classification (Supervisory Responsibility Level Code 3).
