The Defense Financial Management & Comptroller School (DFM&CS) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a  sponsor of continuing professional education (CPE) on the National Registry of  CPE Sponsors.  State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the  acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  Complaints regarding registered  sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors though its  website:  www.nasbaregistry.org.

As a member in good standing since 2012 (Sponsor # 115728), we abide by the  rules and requirements of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors and meet the  standards set forth in the AICPA/NASBA Statement on Standards of CPE Programs.

The programs taught at the DFM&CS are designed for and taught to Financial  Managers within the United States Department of Defense as internal educational  opportunities, therefore there is no tuition associated with course attendance.

DFM&CS bases CPE credits on criteria established by the NASBA. In accordance  with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are  granted based on a 50‐minute hour.
