Throughput: Up to 12K annually Target Population: All Civilian Employees Length: Up to 4.5 hrs

Description: Designed to prepare newly hired civilian personnel to be more effective in their roles as civilian employees of the Air Force team. The curriculum provides an introductory understanding of Air Force culture and its unique mission.  Students will be required to evaluate their role in the context of the contemporary Air Force. The course satisfies the 5 CFR 412 federal law requirement.

Throughput: Up to 12K annually Target Population: All Civilian Employees Length: 5 hrs mandatory…up to 20 hrs with voluntary portions

Description: Designed to provide mandatory DPMAP training to all new hires. In addition, the course will introduce eLearning programs by providing a voluntary, AF Institutional Competency-based curriculum with category-based tracks personnel can explore.
