"Due to the greater strain placed on our medical team because of COVID-19, we are forced to make some adjustments since we simply do not have the manning or capability to keep up with the influx of routine appointments and the filling of prescriptions from network providers on top of doing all that we can to protect against the spread of COVID-19.” said Col. Jeanette Frantal, 42nd MDG commander. “If the prescription has already been processed at the 42 MDG, we will provide refills. Any new prescriptions prescribed at the 42 MDG will continue to be filled as well. All NEW prescriptions generated by a network provider must be filled by the network provider. Current MDG mission essential manning will only allow us to fill in-house prescriptions and refills for prescriptions that have already been activated. For all returning patients, continue to call in the Refill Line first at 334-953-7971. We care about all of our patients and the wellbeing of all our community members will always be one of our top priorities.”
