C-130s weave through mountains, perform dirt strip landings for RED FLAG 22-2

The 71st Rescue Squadron, from Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, and the 36th Airlift Squadron, from Yokota Air Base, Japan, held a series of sorties over the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex in support of RED FLAG-Alaska 22-2, which included low-level maneuvers and dirt strip landings, June 17, 2022. This exercise provides unique opportunities to integrate various forces into joint, coalition and multilateral training from simulated forward operating bases.
