Total Force Officer Training is a 40 training day program that culminates with each cadet earning a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Air National Guard members receive their respective state commissions in addition to their federal commission. During this rigorous 8 week course, a wide variety of subjects are covered including: Leadership, The Profession of Arms, Communications, and Warfare Studies.
