IPAFA graduates IPSELS Class 26-1: Strengthening Inter-Pacific Partnerships

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, Hawaii --

Fifteen students from Class 26-1 of the Inter-Pacific Senior Enlisted Leader Seminar were honored during the Inter-Pacific Air Forces Academy (IPAFA) graduation on Dec. 5, 2025, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

Students from across the Indo-Pacific region, including the Philippines, Australia, and Indonesia, gathered for IPAFA’s five-day immersive program that focused on multinational collaboration, professional development, and interoperability via a “leader-follower” style self-awareness course that aims to bolster participants' ability to work effectively in multinational operational environments.
