Air Force promotes 10 from Maxwell-Gunter to SMSgt Published March 4, 2010 MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. -- Air Force officials notified 10 Maxwell-Gunter master sergeants of their selection to the rank of senior master sergeant March 4. Overall, Air Force officials selected 1,269 of 13,741 eligible master sergeants for promotion to senior master sergeant for a selection rate of 9.24 percent. The following Maxwell-Gunter master sergeants were selected for promotion: Joseph C. Bellard, 754th Electronic Systems Group Michael B. Claxton, 754th ELSG Patricia A.
