Airmen in developmental special duties epitomize leadership, core values

Airmen selected for developmental special duties must have a demonstrated record of exceptional performance and a high capacity to lead due to their unique leadership roles and the responsibility to mentor and mold young Airmen or represent the enlisted corps on the national stage. The Air Force has filled the 2017 spring DSD positions that create, develop and care for Airmen. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Kat Bailey)
