Student Satisfaction in Traditional, Online, and Hybrid Continuing Education Courses

The first paper in the new Eaker Paper series features a research study by Dr. Leah Flores Goerke of Maxwell’s Ira C. Eaker Center for Professional Development. It examines student satisfaction of traditional, hybrid, and online delivery of two military continuing education courses. Study findings suggest that traditional courses could be transitioned to online and hybrid delivery with particular attention to ensuring that they have job-related content, high-quality instructors incorporating interactive activities, and robust support of school staff.
