Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks enters the naming ceremony for the future submarine USS Baltimore while aboard the USS Constellation in Baltimore, Sept. 20, 2024. Hicks accepted the offer of becoming the vessel's sponsor from Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro.
