Air Force leaders came together at the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex, Ala., for the Enlisted Professional Military Education Biennial Review and the Enlisted Force Development Panel, Sept. 8-9. The Biennial Review board convenes no less than once every other year to review the EPME strategic plan, policies, curricula, resources and processes. The Enlisted Force Development Panel is charged to review, evaluate, and make recommendations to senior Air Force leaders regarding concerns, programs and initiatives relating to the education, training and experiences impacting enlisted Airman development.
