25th Attack Wing becomes ACC’s newest wing
Members assigned to the new 25th Attack Wing render their first salute during a wing redesignation ceremony at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, Sept. 18, 2025. The 25th ATKW, previously the 25th Attack Group, operates globally 24/7/365, supporting four different combatant commands with the MQ-9 Reaper, a Remotely Piloted Aircraft capable of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance as well as precision strike.
