The Enlisted Leadership Workshop is a biannual workshop series designed to foster deliberate development within the enlisted corps in a continuous journey of growth, learning and adaptation for Airmen at all levels. The workshop was founded in 2015 by Airmen from the 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, who recognized a need for continual growth and development within the Guard and has since expanded to include Airmen from multiple states and wings.
