Baltic Operations
Navy Engineman Fireman Anthony Lucas, assigned to Unmanned Surface Vessel Squadron 3, Division 32, attaches the national ensign on to a global autonomous reconnaissance craft, during a pier-side launch and systems check, as part of exercise Baltic Operations 2026, at the Port of Gdynia in Poland, June 12, 2026. BALTOPS 2026, the premiere maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Sea region, provides a unique training opportunity to strengthen combined response capabilities critical to preserving freedom of navigation and security in the Baltic Sea.
