Gina Miner, Oregon Department of Forestry assistant area director for the Eastern Oregon Area, briefs Oregon Army National Guard aircrews on daily fire operations at Army Aviation Support Facility No. 2 in Pendleton, Ore., July 29, 2026. National Guard aircrews are flying CH-47 Chinook and HH-60M Black Hawk helicopters in support of firefighting efforts in Umatilla County.
