Persuasion & Influence – Dissipating the Negotiation Headwinds
Key Topics: Leaders are called upon to employ persuasion and influence in accomplishing missions. This webinar is designed to help the participant gain insights with regard to persuasion and influence as it relates to negotiations. The areas of focus entail an exploration a few concepts from the Greek Philosopher, Aristotle. These concepts are incorporated in the work of persuasion and influence to help build a negotiation space conducive to collaboration. As you gain an understanding of these principles, you are better postured to inspect the innerworkings of those concepts in action. The integrative negotiations process is also presented during this session to help refresh your acquaintance with the procedure. The webinar culminates with a group activity using the principles and concepts in this session as well as those of the participants. Learn, explore, and grow. Come join us!
