Major Kevin M. Dwyer Jr. currently serves as an instructor for the Defense Financial Management & Comptroller School, Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development, Maxwell AFB, Alabama. Major Dwyer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and instructing educational material that further advances the knowledge, critical thinking, and leadership skills of Department of Defense Financial Management professionals. Major Dwyer has a Ph.D in Economics from George Mason University. His principal area of research is political economy and is a published author in the area. He looks forward to representing military and civilian faculty to Air University Senate.
