WASHINGTON-- Joint Staff Spokesperson Col. DeDe S. Halfhill provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley met with Saudi Arabia Chief of General Staff Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili today in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The two leaders discussed several issues of mutual concern in the Middle East.
The U.S. and Saudi Arabia share a long-standing partnership and are committed to peace and security in the Middle East region.
