The 17th Training Wing celebrated the completion of Airman Leadership Class 25-D at the Powell Event Center, Goodfellow Air Force Base, May 22.

ALS is a five-week course designed to prepare senior airmen to assume supervisory duties through instruction in leadership, followership, written and oral communication skills and the profession of arms.

“First off, congratulations to the class 25 Delta,” said Col. Tyler Ellison, 47th Flying Training Wing commander. “We are super proud of all the work and effort you put in to get across the finish line. There's no easy feat. We're confident that you're ready to step into the frontline supervisor role and lead with excellence for all the commanders, chiefs, SEOs, first sergeants, supervisors, family and friends.”

Students gain an understanding of their role as military supervisors and how they contribute to the overall goals and mission of the Air Force.

Congratulations to the graduates!
