We are getting to the point where we have several silos of low-density weapons in Fully Operation Test and Evaluation (FOT&E), where there is not enough of a stockpile to have a testing regime that does not draw down stockpile requirements, so reliability does not change with the cessation of testing however we are trying to understand how to express the change in confidence of reliability over time. Currently, we more or less have a 365-day confidence interval, which has been the time between tests, which then reestablishes confidence as we continue to derive a reliability data point in testing. Now we are staring into a future where we may have multiple years of no live-release testing of some of those limited stockpiles so no new data points to reestablish our confidence.
