Whether you're a current student, veteran, retiree, or prospective student, our team is committed to assisting you with accurate and timely processing. To better serve you, Air University now uses Parchment for transcript submission and ordering.

Civilian Associate Degree Program

Air University requires an official high school transcript or GED document be provided directly from the school/GED agency to the AU Registrar. Please do not send diploma/certificate. The official transcript is required.

  • Electronic transcripts may be sent from the high school or GED agency to one of the following platforms:
  • Parchment – www.parchment.com Select the Civilian Associate Degree Program
  • National Student Clearinghouse, au.registrar.office@us.af.mil.  (This email is used only for receiving official transcripts from education institutions that do not use Parchment).
