Air University Transcript Request

We understand that obtaining your academic transcript is an important step in your educational journey and professional advancement. Whether you're a current student, veteran, retiree, or prospective student, our team is committed to assisting you with accurate and timely processing.

To better serve you, Air University now uses Parchment for transcript ordering.

Before You Submit a Request – Please Read

Due to the high volume of requests and the complexity of military education records, transcript processing may take 30 to 60 business days. Requests that exceed this timeframe often involve legacy records, incomplete data, or discrepancies that require additional review. To ensure fairness and mission alignment, Air University follows a structured priority system when processing transcripts: dedicated to providing you with accurate and timely assistance.

Priority 1: Graduations and program completions
Priority 2: DAF personnel whose promotion depends on degree completion
Priority 3: Applicants for commissioning, instructor duty, or in-service medical programs
Priority 4: Members with an approved retirement or separation date
Priority 5: All others, processed in the order received

We encourage all students to plan ahead and request transcripts early, especially if you’re applying for a program or job with a firm deadline.
