Air University Transcript Request

Welcome to the Air University Transcript Request Page. We understand that obtaining your academic transcripts is a crucial part of your educational journey and career advancement. The Registrar's office strives to support our students in a timely manner; however, due to the recent migration to a modernized student information system, AU is experiencing unforeseen challenges, which have affected our process. There is currently a time delay in processing transcript and certificate requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

The Air University has implemented a mandatory online service desk for all requests.

Air University Transcripts

Air University transcripts are available for all students who have completed courses/programs with Air University.

  • Submit your AU transcript request via the AU Service Desk.
  • Provide all postal addresses for where your transcript is to be mailed. There is no fee for AU transcripts; we will provide as many as needed.
  • Specify how many transcripts you need. We provide one transcript per official envelope.
  • An electronic copy of the transcript is only available via the AU Service Desk. Specify in the Remarks section that you would like an electronic copy. Otherwise, we will mail transcripts via USPS.


  • For third-party requests, please attach the release of information document signed by the student to your request.
  • Attach other documents, such as lawyer and medical school documents, to your request and specify in the Remarks section if the document is to be mailed with the transcript.


To request your certificate, go to the AU Service Desk and submit your request to the AU Registrar. The AU Registrar's office provides the following five certificates: ALS DL, NCOA DL, SNCOA DL, SOS DL, ACSC DL.

  • For all other course completion certificates/diplomas, you must contact the school you attended; the AU Registrar personnel cannot assist with other certificates.
  • The five certificates listed above are provided only electronically via your request in the AU Service Desk.
  • If you need a printed certificate, specify in the Remarks section that you want a printed copy and provide the postal address. Certificates are mailed via USPS.

Students should check the Air University Student Information System (CAC Required) before submitting a ticket for unofficial transcripts.

Official Transcript Request

Parchment, a third-party company, handles online ordering. You can order through their site anytime and select from two delivery options. The electronic transcript option costs $3.10, while the first-class mail option costs $5.60. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO CCAF.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Air and Space Force does not cover these fees. Once your order is approved through Parchment, it is transmitted to CCAF electronically. Our staff verifies the request and uploads a copy of your official AU or CCAF transcript to Parchment's secure site. Parchment then completes the final process of delivering your transcript according to your order. As CCAF continues the transitioning to a modernized student information system, some requests may take up to 90 days.

If you are experiencing issues after your order is approved through Parchment, please contact Parchment directly at If you need to include an attachment with your transcript (Nursing, CAS, SOPHAS, CASPA, AMCAS, LSAC, etc.), ensure the attachment is uploaded in Parchment before submitting your order.

Official Transcript Request– Priority

The CCAF has designated certain transcript requests as priority. Reasons for a priority request include but are not limited to: Senior Master Sgt. promotion board, delayed promotion, commissioning programs, developmental special duty, retirements and separations.

If you believe your request is a priority, you should first place an order through Parchment. Then proceed to the AU Service Desk. Once logged in, under "Quick Links," choose “Official Transcript Request.” Make sure to specify the reason for your priority request and include your parchment order number. CCAF staff will then verify the request, and if deemed a priority will process the request as soon as possible. Priority requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and can take up to 14 days.
