If you need to send a transcript or prior academic documentation to Air University, please contact the school or institution from which you attended directly. Specific instructions for sending transcripts to AU vary based on the program and school within the university. We also accept transcripts through Parchment.
Associate Degree Programs
Civilian Associate Degree Program
Air University requires an official high school transcript or GED document be provided directly from the school/GED agency to the AU Registrar. Please do not send diploma/certificate. The official transcript is required.
Electronic transcripts may be sent from the high school or GED agency to au.registrar.office@us.af.mil. (This email is used only for receiving official transcripts from education institutions).

Foreign Transcripts
The process for submitting foreign transcripts and a list of approved evaluation services.
- Students should visit their local Education Office prior to submitting a foreign evaluation.
- Specific forms that must be completed and included with the transcript.
- Evaluations must contain a U.S. equivalency statement
- Course-by-Course analysis
- Official transcript in English
*** Electronic Evaluation should not contain pictures of the transcripts. It is highly encouraged that transcript documentation be handled by the NACES member (institution to NACES).

Submit your request for CCAF (Community College of the Air Force) assistance through the Air University Service Desk.
- Go to the Service Desk Portal: https://auservicedesk.af.edu/education
- Create an Account: First-time users will need to create an account.
- Create the Request:
- Select "AU Registrar"
- Then, choose "Enlisted Student Record Creation/Modification"
- Finally, select "Sister Service"
Once you create the ticket, you must provide the following information in the “Issue Details” to enable the search and update of your record:

You will be notified through the ticket once your record is updated, along with instructions for ordering a transcript.
