The Art of Communication

Key Topics: The lesson emphasizes how communication bias can lead to workplace conflict.  We’ll begin by discussing how U.S. culture tends to view communication by the spoken word vs. how well we listen.  We’ll also look at barriers to effective communication and how to overcome these barriers.

Length: 1 hour

Note: This course is targeted to Air Force Total Force Personnel but is open to all government/federal employees; a government/federal issued email must be used to register.
