MSgt Matthew M. O’Neill serves as an Instructor at the Air Force Leader Development Couse located at Maxwell-Gunter Annex, Alabama. In this capacity, MSgt O’Neill is responsible for developing and delivering curriculum to prospective total force command teams. Sergeant O’Neill manages course programs, benefiting Officer, Enlisted, and Civilians, focusing on developing command growth sets across the human domain for the Department of the Air Force.  Spanning MSgt O’Neill’s career, he has held several positions including: NCOIC Airfield Services, Joint/Senior Meteorological and Oceanographic Officer, Superintendent of Systems and Training, Program Manager, and Group Operations Superintendent. MSgt O’Neill has an Associates in Applied Science in Meteorology, from Community College of the Air Force, Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute, Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality, and certificates in Talent Management from Harvard University, and Human Centered Design from Cornell University.
