Welcome to the Department of the Air Force, Integrated Resilience Division courses and training! We’re grateful for your interest and/or commitment to certify, prepare, and mentor our nearly 1100 students per year! Our website is designed to support your orientation to the phenomenal role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the FSPDS classroom.

To prepare you for this experience and to manage expectations, please start by taking the SME online training which will provide an overview of the SME partnership with our schoolhouse.
