Inbound Transcripts are those CCAF receives to add to a servicemember’s record.

• Current processing times for inbound transcripts is approximately 150 days.
• CCAF has processed inbound transcript requests received through 5 December 2023.

Outbound Transcripts are transcripts requested from CCAF to send to a third party (educational institution, employer or personal use)

• Current processing times for most outbound transcripts is 14 days.
• CCAF has processed the vast majority of outbound transcript requests received through 1 March 2024.

Please refrain from submitting multiple duplicate transcript requests to CCAF.  Submitting multiple requests only further slows processing times and does not expedite your request.
