The Civilian Leadership Development School provides civilian supervisory, managerial and leadership development to comply with the 5 U.S.C. 9902 and 5 CFR 412.201 as well as DoD, OPM Manager and Supervisory framework requirements.

MANAGER COURSES

       

DAF NEW MANAGER COURSE -NMC (MAFHRMS423), AGENCY TYPE COURSE CODE: CAV

Target Population: Civilians who are coded in DCPDS with supervisory level code 3. This course must be complete within one year of obtaining status.
Length: 26 hrs

DAF EXPERIENCED MANAGER COURSE -EMC (MAFHRMS422)
