PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT COACHING SKILLS (PMCS) WORKSHOP
The Performance Management Coaching Skills (PMCS) Workshop equips Department of the Air Force (DAF) civilian supervisors and aspiring leaders with practical coaching skills to drive performance, reinforce accountability, and sustain workforce readiness. This 3.5-day blended e-learning course focuses on using coaching conversations to set clear expectations, align individual performance with mission priorities, and provide timely, actionable feedback throughout the performance cycle. This is a federally mandated requirement for all Civilian Managers to complete within one year of filling a position coded as a Manager (Supervisory Responsibility Level Code 3).
