Ms. Kristin Hill is currently serving Air Force Global College’s A1 Director. Throughout her 20year career, she has served on and with Active-Duty Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and the Alabama Air National Guard.  Her positions with all the above have included many force support responsibilities. She is a boy mom married to a sheriff’s deputy, who is retired Air Force. Kristin graduated from Huntingdon College, Alabama State University AFROTC, Boston University and Columbia Southern University.  

Maj Allan J. Collins serves as the Deputy Director of Innovation and Research at the Air Force Global College, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. In this role, he is responsible for leveraging and integrating technology to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging curricula that enable students to succeed in the Department of the Air Force missions. Additionally, Major Collins is the Course Director for the Military Thinking and Communications curriculum, managing both self-paced and facilitated distance learning programs. Major Collins transitioned to the United States Space Force in March 2021, having received his commission through the Air Force in November 2016. His career began as an Enlisted Airman in October 2000, during which he built a diverse background in various roles. He has served as an aircraft maintainer, a Military Training Leader, and later retrained to specialize in cyberspace operations, successfully accomplishing missions at the Squadron, Group, Wing, and Numbered Air Force levels. Major Collins has deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, 3and FREEDOM'S SENTINEL, and has completed overseas tours in the United Kingdom, Republic of Korea, and Germany. Prior to his current position, he was the Flight Commander of Defensive Cyberspace Warfare at the 65th Cyberspace Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
