Dr. Dustin Vick is an experienced academic leader with a distinguished background in educational psychology, curriculum design, and university administration. He has served as Dean at three universities, overseeing academic strategy and developing high-impact undergraduate curricula across various fields, including humanistic education, critical thinking and deductive logic, educational intrinsic motivation, educational psychology, and instructional methodologies. With degrees spanning a B.S. in Behavioral Science, an M.Ed. in Adult Education and Course Design, an M.S. in Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Dr. Vick marries rigorous scholarship with applied training. His research focuses on intrinsic student motivation in trade and technical schools, contributing valuable insights into how learners engage and thrive in vocational settings. Currently serving as Chief of Academic Affairs at Air University’s Air Force Global College, Dr. Vick drives institutional excellence through balanced and equitable student academic integrity policy coordination, serving student needs, international student integration, and working with congressional staffers and Civil Air Patrol students, as well as all military branches. His efforts fortify the professional education of military leaders both domestically and globally.
