The Air Force Culture and Language Center will migrate its Language Enabled Development Resource, or LEaDeR, to a cloud-based system from 7 to 9 September 2023. All LEaDeR functionalities will be unavailable during this time, including access to student profiles, eMentor and Language Intensive Training Event schedules, networking capabilities, and other resources. This migration may affect Language Enabled Airman Program Scholars, Foreign Area Officers, Mobility Support Advisory Squadron members, Air Force Office of Special Investigation agents, and other students who utilize AFCLC for language training.

The online process for the Department of Defense and inter-governmental agency partners to submit Training Partnership Requests for language support will also be unavailable.

During this migration period, users can visit the LEaDeR home page (CAC Required) or contact the AFCLC team for instructions to obtain records, enroll in courses, or submit Training Partnership Requests. LEaDeR will be available on the cloud-based system after 10 September 2023, and the current LEaDeR link will automatically redirect users to the new site for 30 days.
