Former AU commander receives Air Force ROTC Distinguished Alumni award

Lt. Gen. Steven Kwast, Air University commander, and retired Gen. Thomas C. Richards, former deputy commander in chief, Headquarters U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, West Germany, unveil a plaque in honor of Richards being inducted into the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Distinguished Alumni Program.
