In the PIVOT Channel, you’ll find ways to kickstart your week with the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS); a weekly dose of inspiration, a takeaway, or a mindset moment, all connected to Department of War priorities pivoting you to what the DAF civilian community is all about. These paths consists of 4 separate learning events, two are asynchronous and two are live webinars. They are designed to be done in succession, building from general awareness/thought-provoking, to deep learning, and eventually skills (application) practice.
