The courses below are conducted using myLearning. Click on green links to enroll in a course. Course registration links are activated at 0731 CST on the day registration begins. Another option is to go directly to Air Force myLearning and search for course title, i.e. (CLDS) ELC, (CLDS) NSC, (CLDS) PMCS, or click on the myLearning Air Force GoLearn tile for all CLDS courses.

SUPERVISOR COURSES

DAF NEW SUPERVISOR COURSE (NSC) MAFHRMS425

This is a federally-mandated requirement for all first-time supervisors of civilian employees to complete within one year of becoming a supervisor. See NSC Fact Sheet to learn more.

DAF EXPERIENCED SUPERVISOR COURSE (ESC) MAFHRMS420

This course is federally mandated for those supervising civilian employees and is to be completed every three years as long as individual maintains supervisory classification. See ESC Fact Sheet to learn more.

DAF EXPERIENCED MANAGER COURSE (EMC) MAFHRMS422

This course is federally mandated for all Civilian Managers and is to be completed every three (3) years after the completion of New Manager Course (MAFHRMS423) for as long as the individual remains in a position designated with a managerial classification (Supervisory Responsibility Level Code 3).  This course does not fulfill the requirement for Experienced SUPERVISOR Course (MAFHRMS420).
