CASI Quarterly update #4 for 2021

Friends of CASI,
As we bring 2021 to a close, we would like to take the chance to thank everyone for their interest and support throughout the year.  Despite being another challenging year, due to COVID, we were able to make progress and return at least parts of normalcy.  We all remained busy with research and writing, and even managed some in-person events.  We look forward to a continued recovery in 2022, and hope to see you all at the biannual CASI Conference in May in D.C.  As for this last quarter of 2021, we kept a pretty good pace.

We were happy to welcome Kristin Burke to the CASI team.  She comes with a terrific background and will be a great asset for CASI going forward.

And our very own MSgt Samantha Payne was recognized with a Department of the Air Force award for her work on the Women Inclusion Team.

CASI's Foundations of Competition with China video series continues to garner views and accolades.  You can keep up with all of our educational efforts on our website and DVIDS.  CASI’s work was also used in the preparation of the Annual China Power Report.

CASI CONFERENCE 2022- Tuesday, May 17th 2022, at National Defense University

We are pleased to announce that our bi-annual conference (we trade off with our big brothers at CMSI) will be held in May 2022 at NDU.  At this point, we do plan to have an in-person conference.  Obviously, we remain flexible, but plan on joining us in person in the spring.  So, save the date.  We will have more detailed information as the time gets closer, but we wanted to make sure you had plenty of time to plan.
