The CASI Commander's Toolkit for China is a series of articles with accompanying pre-made presentations to help Airmen, Guardians, and all members of the DOD, USG, American Public, and Allies and Partners writ large, better understand the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) People's Liberation Army (PLA), as well as the CCP and the PRC more generally. These are made available so that Commander's, Senior Enlisted Leaders, and Staff's can use them to help their organization learn, whenever the opportunity arises. CASI stands ready to answer questions, guide, and assist in any way. The Toolkit is meant to accompany the CASI video series, as well as our articles and publications.
