International Honor Roll Induction Ceremony
Air Force Lt. Gen. Steven Kwast, Air University commander and president, presents an award to a student attending the International Officer School at the Carl A. Spaatz Center for Officer Education, Feb. 3, 2016. The international officers receive the awards to honor select alumni who have attained prominent positions in their countries. The selection of each award is based on input from the embassy of the individuals’ country.
