Description: Serves as the principal conduit for developing the programs of study to educate and prepare students of Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) and Officer Training School (OTS) for commissioned service in the Air Force or Space Force. Crafts training objectives, standardized lesson plans, and student study guides for approximately 18,000 AFROTC/OTS cadets and cadre each year. Receives AETC instructor certification and obtains additional certification in principles of Instructional Systems Development. Trains and mentors approximately 600 newly hired AFROTC, OTS, and JROTC cadre.

Eligibility: Captains/Majors [USAF/USSF]. Excellent writing skills based on ability to synthesize research/source documents into educational materials that will be read by ROTC and OTS students/faculty; professional attitude and appearance; excellent interpersonal skills; Highly desired –platform teaching experience and/or a background in education.
