Description: Instructs during AFROTC NCO, APAS, and PAS in-residence courses. Trains/prepares detachment cadre on enterprise-wide requirements, responsibilities, and expectations. Orchestrates activities for AFROTC cadet management programs such as scholarships, Professional Development Training, Rated boards and other career field categorization actions, disenrollments, etc., affecting 14,000+ cadets. Coordinates program requirements with 4 regional staffs, 145 AFROTC detachments, and HHQ personnel.
Establishes and communicates AFROTC policy/guidance in coordination with Holm Center, AU, AETC, AFPC and other A1 functions.
Eligibility: Highly qualified or prior enlisted 1st Lts [USAF only] and Pinned-on Captains [USAF only]; AFROTC detachment experience desired. No Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) failures within the past two years.
