Description: Leads team that provides expertise in the design, development, and execution of academic curriculum surveys; compiles data collected for surveys and creates summary reports. Ensures quality of products and reports. Maintains familiarity with all officer professional military education (PME) programs to be able to provide analysis of data from surveys (indirect) and student performance (direct) to enable data-driven decisions on curriculum by key leaders (school/college faculty, academic chairs, deans, and commandants) for program improvement.

Eligibility: Captains [USAF only] with minimum 2 years’ time-in-grade. Desired – data analysis background (engineering, science, operations research, probability and statistics, computer science, etc.) with experience using Excel, Access, SPSS, or other data-analysis software applications. Required – Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to gain cooperation from others through tact, courtesy and diplomacy.
